Multiple USB Ports: The docking station offers a variety of USB ports, including USB 3.2, USB 2.0, and USB-C 3.0, for connecting high-speed USB peripherals. 3. Triple Display for macOS: This docking station supports up to 3 displays for macOS-based laptops, with the resolution of the driver-based ports up to 2K/60Hz and the HDMI 3/HDMI 4 up to 4K/60Hz.
Before using the TobenONE Quad Display Docking Station, please note the following: 1. For macOS, you must download and install the DisplayLink driver to make the 4-monitor support function work. 2. For macOS, the DisplayLink technology requires screen recording permission to display the screen, but the DisplayLink app does not store or record any screen content. 3. For macOS, the DisplayLink technology's screen recording requirement means you cannot watch any HDCP content (Netflix, Prime, iTunes, Hulu, etc.), and the screen will be black. 4. Due to the limitation of the MacBook's graphics processing capabilities, HDMI 3 and HDMI 4 cannot work simultaneously, so this 4-HDMI docking station can only extend up to 3 displays on macOS. 5. Not all video ports support landscape mode, as the driver-based video ports cannot change the monitor orientation from landscape to portrait.
